Adnan J. Shah
Adnan Shah is an Innovative, energetic, and accomplished senior IT executive with over 20 years of track record. Proficient in managing complex and sizeable federated IT environments, he is a seasoned executive with broad experience developing organizational strategy and vision through partnership and collaboration.
He completed his tenure in the federal government as Deputy CIO for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In doing so, he oversaw a team of two hundred-plus people to deliver value and a multi-hundred million dollar budget for technology and innovation to achieve the desired goals.
As Chief Executive Officer at JASTek, Adnan leads the effort to bring innovation and leadership to the multiple technologies’ portfolio. Adnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State & George Mason University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Ayman Mohamed leads technology strategy at JASTek, bringing over 20 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML innovation, and scalable software platforms. He has successfully delivered enterprise-grade solutions across healthcare, e-commerce, and identity security—driving both startup growth and global transformation initiatives.
Ayman’s leadership spans roles at SAP, AWS, and American Well, where he architected cloud-native systems, built high-impact engineering teams, and led major product launches used by millions. His work includes developing real-time telehealth platforms, AI-powered identity protection tools, and large-scale observability systems at AWS.
At JASTek, Ayman focuses on helping clients across the U.S. and the Middle East accelerate innovation, modernize infrastructure, and unlock value through secure, future-ready technologies.
